The location was convenient, just a short distance from all the places we wanted to visit, the room was in great condition and had everything we needed including a functional TV, a nice bar, and a super comfy bed - we were really satisfied.

The employees are all very amiable and knowledgeable. The junior suite is brand-new with a bar as well as a sofa bed. The food is awesome and excellent. I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Fairfield during my 3-day business trip. The staff were friendly and well-informed. The junior suite was newly furnished with a bar and a sofa bed, which was fantastic. The food served was delicious and of high quality.

Great staff.
Carpet in the halls need to be stretched. Could be a trip hazard. Also, spa jets did not work right. Handle for the bathroom faucet came off in my hand. The cover for the air conditioner had broken vent slats. Then when I went to breakfast the toaster kept tripping the breaker. Irritating and a fire hazard. Way too many maintenance issues for the price.

The location was awesome, right by restaurants and a shopping mall with several restaurants nearby. the breakfast had plenty of reasonably priced options. the staff were eager to help with any questions.

Location.
No handicapped room. I called to double insure we had one available for us. We could not shower for 2 days. We were on business and on a schedule.2 days of forgotten wake up calls. The carpets in the hallways are dangerous. They were buckled and rippled, not stretched, and very dangerous. The restaurant costs top dollar and my prime rib dinner was stone cold. We were not impressed with this Hilton property. It needs a new name. Maybe The Motel Something's Wrong Here

Rooms were quiet, beds were comfy, bathroom was clean
skimpy on sugar & cream for the coffee & tea. only 1 cup of coffee each provided for 2 guests. Would've preferred to not have to call for a second cup. The soap at the bathroom sink was already opened & used. Yuck. There was a new soap in the box for the bathtub. That's it.
